What inspired you to join Pentaflex Inc., and what excites you most about contributing to our team?
Joining Pentaflex Inc. was an exciting prospect due to its strong reputation for innovation and commitment to excellence in manufacturing. The opportunity to contribute my skills and experience to a company known for its high-quality products and customer satisfaction is what drew me in.
Can you share a bit about your background and previous experiences that have shaped your approach to your role here?
With over 15 years in the automotive sector, my journey has included roles such as Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, and Manufacturing Supervisor. These experiences have shaped my approach to problem-solving and quality control, giving me a well-rounded perspective on manufacturing processes.
How do you envision your role positively impacting our customers or enhancing their experience with Pentaflex Inc.?
My goal is to ensure that our customers receive products of the highest quality. By implementing robust quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives, I aim to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
What unique skills or perspectives do you bring to the table, and how do you see these strengths benefiting both the company and its customer base?
My experience allows me to bring a comprehensive understanding of quality engineering and manufacturing processes. I am adept at identifying areas for improvement, streamlining operations, and implementing measures that positively impact product quality, ultimately benefiting both the company and its customers.
Are there any particular projects or initiatives you’re eager to work on that align with Pentaflex Inc.’s values or goals?
I am particularly eager to contribute to projects focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Aligning with Pentaflex Inc.’s values, these initiatives can lead to enhanced efficiency, reduced waste, and overall advancements in product quality.

My commitment to quality aligns seamlessly with Pentaflex Inc.’s values. By upholding high standards, promoting transparency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I aim to contribute to the company’s reputation for delivering top-notch products, thereby benefiting our customers.
In what ways do you aim to foster strong relationships or connections with our customers as part of your role here?
Building strong relationships involves effective communication and a commitment to understanding the unique needs of our customers. I plan to establish open lines of communication, actively seek feedback, and proactively address any concerns to ensure a positive and collaborative partnership with our customers.

What inspired you to join Pentaflex Inc., and what excites you most about contributing to our team?
My inspiration was knowing how long everyone has worked here. That really says a lot about a company. I’m excited to become part of something that is growing and being part of a talented team.
Can you share a bit about your background and previous experiences that have shaped your approach to your role here?
I currently have over ten years of experience in the construction industry and over 20 in accounting. I can use the combination to work here at Pentaflex, and help out this already talented team.
How do you envision your role positively impacting our customers or enhancing their experience with Pentaflex Inc.?
I will always have an open line for our customers, whenever they have a need to review their account. I also make it a priority that requests get taken care of in a timely fashion.
What unique skills or perspectives do you bring to the table, and how do you see these strengths benefiting both the company and its customer base?
I’m a big accounting nerd, so I’m here to help out with everything needed top to bottom, A to Z, for accounting needs.
How do you believe your personal values or interests resonate with the values upheld by Pentaflex Inc., and how might this alignment benefit our customers?
“Best value solutions to our customer’s needs in a timely fashion”, that doesn’t always mean the least expensive, it means the best, at the best rate. I’m a huge believer in that too. You get what you pay for, so always look for the best value, at the right price.
Ernesto Flores, Director of Engineering
What inspired you to join Pentaflex Inc., and what excites you most about contributing to our team?
My main inspiration for joining Pentaflex was the opportunity to tackle new and complex challenges. This includes automating hard labor operations and updating the engineering group. In addition, the privilege to bring and execute new projects to our team excites me.
Can you share a bit about your background and previous experiences that have shaped your approach to your role here?
I have 23 years of experience in manufacturing and 15+ managing complex projects for the automotive, heavy truck/transportation, and metalworking industry in both the US and Mexico. In Mexico, I studied Industrial Engineering and owned a machine/tool shop.
In the US, I worked at American Trim as a Tooling Engineer for four years before I moved to Inteva Products. There, I spent six years as a Senior Tooling Engineer and then an Engineering Supervisor. My experiences with these companies gave me the ability to approach and manage projects effectively.
How do you envision your role positively impacting our customers or enhancing their experience with Pentaflex Inc.?
My position has the unique responsibility to convert or upgrade Pentaflex to a higher level, by making processes more efficient while creating a transition from manual work to automated work. This results in stamped parts and assemblies that are more consistent and of better quality which maximize profits. These results are catered to our customers, who want great quality products for an affordable price.
What unique skills or perspectives do you bring to the table, and how do you see these strengths benefiting both the company and its customer base?
I have a distinct perspective because I have been a manual laborer, much like the employees here, therefore I understand what it is like. Coming from a Latino background and a family full of engineers, they taught me not only to work hard, but also to work intelligently. As well as how to create strategies to reach my objectives in a quick and efficient manner.
My family also taught me to have a strong work ethic, which helps me to start and finish projects. I am very fortunate to be fluent in two languages, English and Spanish, and I possess excellent communication skills.
Are there any particular projects or initiatives you’re eager to work on that align with Pentaflex Inc.’s values or goals?
I am very excited to have started designing a strategy to quote a project that can label Pentaflex as one of the leaders of the metal forming industry in the state.
How do you believe your personal values or interests resonate with the values upheld by Pentaflex Inc., and how might this alignment benefit our customers?
I value unity and solidarity in reference to family. This aligns perfectly with Pentaflex Inc.’s values because it is a flat organization that empowers its employees to make quicker and better decisions that positively impact the customers.
In what ways do you aim to foster strong relationships or connections with our customers as part of your role here?
With every customer, I aim to create a professional and cordial relationship that establishes trust based on technical knowledge and skills as well as excellent communication.
