In 2021, Pentaflex Inc. was able to start and finish many improvement projects to stay at the top of our game for our customers, team members, and community. One project we are particularly proud of is our new website.
The Pentaflex Website Through the Years
The Pentaflex website has undergone a few transformations throughout the years. In 1999, we launched our first site, which included a simple design and layout that shared more about our company for the first time online.

In 2006, we went through our first major redesign. With the increased capabilities of the web along with increased web usage knowledge, we incorporated more imagery and a horizontal menu.

We initiated a slight refresh with a simplified menu in 2011 to keep the site up with the times.

In 2015, we introduced the design that served us faithfully for the past six years.
In 2019, our leadership team began discussing the need for a complete overhaul of our website. The internet is and will continue to develop at a rapid pace, and we needed to set ourselves up for success for the years to come.
Then, 2020 hit, and we had to divert our attention to ensuring that our company was able to continue to serve our customers and community through unprecedented times. At the beginning of 2021, we decided it was time to revisit our website presence.

A New Digital Presence for Pentaflex
We knew in order to create a reliable and modern website design, we would need to assemble a team of experts in the digital space and in Pentaflex. This team consisted of Pentaflex leadership, Rod Hatfield for video and photography, and Shout It Out Design for content organization, website design, and development.
We set out to build a site that would sport a modern and clean design that shares who we are, what we do, and how we consistently serve our customers, employees, and community. The Pentaflex team worked in conjunction with our website content and design team from February of 2021 to October of 2021 finessing the menu layout, content, photography, and design of the site. The top priorities for the site were that it clearly conveys to customers the quality, professionalism, and capabilities of the Pentaflex team.
Through organizing by both services and industries, we show that Pentaflex is well versed in specific customer needs while still having the knowledge and capabilities to take on new challenges and opportunities outside those industries as well.
We are proud to present this new digital way to connect with our audience, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to share more about our company and our capabilities. You can explore the site more by visiting pentaflex.com.
A Note from Pentaflex President Ross McGregor:
All institutions benefit from having a strong web presence. It is interesting to think about when we started almost fifty years ago, the idea of the internet was as far-fetched as Star Trek. Today having a strong web presence is the modern-day “first introduction”. Potential customers are going to be making a lot of decisions based on what a company shares through its website. We want our website to convey the solid impact we have on our customers, employees, and community.
